Jack & Rose Treehouse Titanic Hot tub Riverfront.

This is my 2nd time staying at one of her treehouses and it was as beautiful as the 1st time. Everything was perfect!! From the comfy bed to the cozy fireplace it was all so wonderful. We had a great time!!

The pictures do not do justice for the creativity and details put into the design of this place. Sherri & Scott put quality features and thoughtful things with surprises that just make this an experience. We went to the Titanic museum while there so that even made us appreciate the efforts of them even more. The bed is super comfortable. Even the sheets were so soft ! The shower was amazingly beautiful and the bathrobes luxurious! The hot tub was spotless and very relaxing perfect temperature. The fire pit on the deck was an added special thing that just added an extra touch to the experience! You will not regret booking here!

Well worth the money! Such a great place for a couples getaway trip. You can tell that much time and effort was invested into this treehouse. We can’t wait to book another trip!

I wish I could fully capture in words how much we enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail was stellar. The design was well thought out and although I felt as though I was staying in such a high-end room it's proven that luxury and simplicity can co-exist. Truthfully, I felt undeserving to stay somewhere that was so beautiful but also still affordable. I have zero complaints. It was logistically the easiest place I've ever tried to find, secluded and private but also located within minutes to anything you could need and convenient to access everything touristy. If this Airbnb was a steak, it would be A5 Wagyu. We enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings while in the hot tub. There were no distractions and no traffic. It was a cloudy night but I'm sure it's a prime location for stargazing as well. The robes they provide were so comfortable, I took a photo of the tag so I can buy one for home. Everything was perfect, clean, and felt like home away from home.

Most peaceful place. Everything was wonderful from the decor to the view and the hot tub. You will not regret staying here.This might be the spot every year for us to come for wife Christmas and Birthday celebration.

Everything was amazing!!! My wife and I enjoyed it so much!! We booked it the last minute for our anniversary trip because we come to Tennessee every year and our normal place wasn’t available and it was more than we expected booking this!!! I would highly recommend this!! I think we will book one of the others next year!!!!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our engagement! We loved all the Titanic details and watching the sunset from the hot tub. This is the only one of the treehouses with a sunset view! (We stayed in Forest and Jenny last spring) Our second stay and we will be back!!

Great property for Titanic lovers, has lots of details that display attention to the film. Only issue was trouble with the air conditioning, it's hard to get the remote to work. Otherwise, all of the ammenities were great!

My husband and I enjoyed this stay so much! Such a unique, fun experience. You feel so far away from the rest of the Sevierville area but you’re actually right off the road to so many things! The combination of peaceful and accessibility was outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Love it

I enjoyed my stay so much! The shower changed my life… like seriously I need this shower in my home asap! The bed was also very comfortable! I’ve stayed in probably 20-30 airbnb rentals and this is definitely my favorite! I will be staying here again but I wanna check out all the other themes!

Great properties are only part of the 5 stars. The property speaks for itself with the theme and luxury amenities. The hosts are responsive and more than willing to go the extra mile! There was a small appliance issue when we arrived, the host immediately offered to switch me to another property of my choice, we opted out of the request, as the issue was very small, and wanted to stay in this unit. The willingness really showed a lot about the owners. Looking forward to returning!

We booked as a last minute getaway and I’m so glad we did! It’ll take you awhile to spot all the vintage details that are placed around the unit. Functional details like the throttle, wheel, and ships bell were a great touch. The bed and the pillows get 5 stars on their own as well as the most comfortable rocking chairs you’ll ever sit on with a beautiful fire pit for chillin on the deck. Hot tub outside on the deck is a great feature too. This is a place I would return to in the near future. Don’t forget to look under the deck by the swinging chairs for more details tying this house to the theme. One of the coolest rooms we’ve ever stayed in! I would also like to say the host was fabulous. Very quick to respond and gave us great details!!

Unfortunately our stay got cut short due to technical issues, but Sherri and Scott were very helpful and amazing!! When something went wrong we called to let them know and they came right over to check it out, and they even moved us over to another open cabin which was Forrest Gump!! Both cabins were absolutely amazing with great decoration and little details that add so much to the experience. These cabins have been my absolute favorite and we have done 3 in total now and will definitely be going back, thank you for such an amazing weekend!!!💞💞💞

We decided to stay an extra night and found this cabin. We loved it so much we booked a different theme the next night. Absolutely amazing. Super easy to drive to! Will be back!

Overall, the experience was good. The bed was unique and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the hot tub on the patio was a nice touch. The patio itself didn’t offer much of a view, but it was still a relaxing space. That said, I booked this place expecting it to be waterfront, which it definitely was not. In fact, I couldn’t see any water at all. If having a waterfront view is important to you, I strongly recommend confirming that detail directly with the host before booking. I didn’t, and ended up paying for something that didn’t match that expectation. Still, aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

My husband and I made a last minute decision to go out of town for the weekend and this treehouse was absolutely amazing! We loved the attention to detail, the location is perfect and loved how this treehouse was furthest away from the others. Everything was clean and very enjoyable. Such a fun relaxing couples getaway! We will definitely return!

We loved Rose and Jack’s place! It was perfect for our Anniversary! The details are so well thought out and the amenities make it for a relaxing stay. The only change I would request is a warmer/hotter setting in the hot tub. We loved our stay!

I booked this tree house for friends as a valentine's gift. He has cancer, limited time and he abd his wife were in total aww.. Sherri was so helpful, I had access to go in and set up some snacks for them

I recommend this place for the bathroom alone. The toilet and shower are superb. Heated toilet seat with a built in bidet was everything we could have ever dreamed for a toilet 😂 The house itself was great too. Good setup for two people, and we loved the privacy of the location. It is a really cool and unique place to stay. Unfortunately we did not get to try the hot tub due to the weather, but the deck area was very cute and would have been a great place to enjoy coffee had it not rained the whole time we were there. We had a great time and would love to visit again!

The attention to detail as it relates to the theme of the treehouse was 10/10. It was so thoughtfully executed. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Location is great and easily accessible. Truly had such a great stay and cannot wait to come back again.

Such a unique place. Sherri was awesome at communicating, fast and professional. The tree house is beautiful inside and out and comes with everything you need. The decor and thoughtfulness is 10/10. We loved staying at the treehouse! Sherri was so nice and friendly. She responded very quickly when I asked a question. The treehouse itself was super clean and smelled amazing! We loved the customized titanic ticket that was on the bed when we arrived. The egg chairs under the treehouse were so nice and was a nice place to sit and relax. The upper deck was also so nice. The hot tub was hot and clean and the fire place was so warm on those cold nights. Over all we loved the treehouse and would stay again!!
