Wow, Wow, Wow.... Sherri's place was everything and more. I definitely recommend booking this place. The sense of peace you get once you arrive is magnificent. So if you're looking for a place this is it you will most certainly be blown away with how it meets your stay needs and the beautiful home layout.

We love River Place! Probably the most well equipped place we’ve stayed. Very clean, spacious, and a great location. If you’re looking for a place close to town yet off the beaten path with gorgeous views and every amenity you could need then this is your place. Check in and out was a breeze and they are quick to respond. Sherri has thought of everything and you feel like you’re at home. Love the master suites and the kitchen. Outdoor space is amazing and very peaceful.

The kindest host with such a beautiful house. We LOVED our stay. We took our daughter and a friend for her birthday and the house was perfect! They used every amenity and two days they decided to stay at the house instead of coming with us to town bc they loved the house so much! The beds and pillows are DIVINE! I woke up well rested every morning! We took our own pillows as we always do and never even used them. The house has everything you need and then some. Be sure to take in the serine outdoor space and watch the deer, they’re so cute! Can’t say enough about River Place, it was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed every it of it.

This home was a gorgeous and spacious. Sherri was super responsive and sweet. We had the wedding venue next door as well and this was a perfect place for the bridal party and family to relax before and after the wedding. We will definitely keep this location in mind for future family gatherings.

We had an amazing stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. We loved the cozy fireplace and the relaxing hot tub — perfect for unwinding. The board games were a great touch for fun evenings inside. The showers were excellent, and the lighting and fixtures throughout the home were modern and beautifully done, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Being surrounded by scenic beauty made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Sherri's place is beautiful and clean lots of land for walking as the river surrounds the entire property great place for fishing. very private and very easy to find.

Incredibly beautiful home just outside all the hustle/bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed many local restaurants off the Sevierville town square and found convenient groceries/shopping right around the corner. Loved all the amenities and indoor tub with a beautiful view. Very comfy bed and great communication from host! Will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The home was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding farm was absolutely gorgeous, our kids had such a great time exploring and enjoying the space. The host was kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful, scenic escape!

My future daughter-in-law reserved your place for everyone in the wedding party would have a place to get ready while everything else was being arranged and made a spectacular reception and wedding Venue. Highly recommend The River Place as an all inclusive Wedding Venue from beginning to the end was perfect even the rain held off during the ceremony

We absolutely loved this place!! The house was so beautiful, and had such a luxurious feel. The bed in Johnny, and June was so comfy, and the tub was perfect. The showers, and bathrooms gave a spa-like feel. My husband really liked the heated toilet, and all its extras. The whole experience was wonderful. Sherri was a great host!! She communicated quickly, and answered any and all questions we had. She made sure her house was inviting, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Sherri’s place is so clean and nice. We absolutely loved our stay here. I want to add that this is a rare airbnb where there were extra items provided like extra q-tips, plenty of TP, shampoo, hand soaps, etc. Sherri thought of everything. I really appreciate that extra thoughtfulness because sometimes you get in late and need things you may have forgotten before stores open up. Most places are bare, but this place was perfect!

Sherri was a fantastic host! Any questions I had she answered them and quickly responded, was very welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our state was perfect. She recommended local spots, gave us a tour of the property, pointed out the best fishing spots along the river and, even blessed us with veggies from her garden. Very down-to-earth and accommodating. We were so impressed and love the place, that we booked an extra night spontaneously. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and how beautiful the house was! Our favorite spot was the openness of the kitchen to the living area, and I cannot forget about the wonderful outdoor patio space, all surrounded by nature. We definitely will return on another trip!

Very nice and quaint area. Cozy home and very inviting. The jacuzzi and outside amenities were very nice. It rained during our stay and we spent a few nights just relaxing at house and cooked our own meals in the huge kitchen. Would highly recommend!

We were here for a week and loved our stay. The showers and bedrooms are very nice, and the view is even better. Sherri was a great host! We had some random questions for her and she was very responsive. Great house, location, and host!

This place is just beautiful! So much space. Perfect for hosting an event. The air bnb is a great place to stay if using the wedding venue next door!
